Impella CP® with SmartAssist® Insertion - Online Training Program
Welcome to the Impella CP with SmartAssist Insertion - Online Training Program course. This comprehensive training includes two lessons and a quiz. It is designed for physicians and hospital staff who will support patients using the Impella CP with SmartAssist device. The course covers the following key topics:
- Overview of Impella CP with SmartAssist heart pump technology
- System components
- Automated Impella Controller
- Impella CP set-up and insertion kits, supplies needed
- Placement procedure
Upon completion of the course, you will have access to your certificate, which details credits earned for the curriculum completion (1.5 credits for ASRT and 1.00 credit for AACN). To complete the course, you must finish all modules and pass the final quiz.
Important: You have three attempts to pass the quiz. If you do not pass within those attempts, the course will be automatically reassigned, giving you another opportunity to complete the modules and retake the quiz.
