Evaluate the most recent coding guidance for heart assist systems. State coding guidance for coding and reporting bi-ventricular procedures. Describe a combination code, capturing ICD-10 codes for Impella® insertion, assistance and removal. Discuss Impella CPT coding questions with physicians. Discuss best practice documentation for our Impella® devices.
